The event is a walk procession dedicated to honouring and commemorating the sacrifices of Imam Hussain, a significant religious and historical figure from the 7th century. Imam Hussain was the grandson of Prophet Muhammad and is renowned for his courageous stand against oppression, tyranny, and injustice, which tragically led to his brutal massacre alongside his companions and family members during the Battle of Karbala.
